Items on sale are final
No returns will be accepted with the exception of faulty product due to manufacturing.
There is no refund available on items that have been on LAYBY in-store.
An item purchased on in-store LAYBY maybe returned for an exchange or credit note if in as new condition with accompanying sales receipt.
If you wish to return a full priced product purchased online ,it can be returned for exchange, refund or credit.
Please telephone us at Evolve Boutique 03 573 7908 within 2 days of receiving the item that you intend to exchange/ return the item.
This allows us to organise a replacement item if possible.
Items will need to be returned in ‘as new’ condition and not been worn.
The item must include all original tags and all packaging.
The original sales receipt must be included with the return.
We cannot accept return requests where the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.
Goods not received by us within 10 days will be allocated a store credit only.
We advise that you track or courier your returns package as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If you spend over $150 and receive Free Shipping but return an item that makes the final sale - returned item ,less than $150 in value, then we may deduct the $8 postage from your refund
